Is support coordination funded in my plan?
If your NDIS plan includes Support Coordination or Specialist Support Coordination, our services are paid from that budget. We can check your plan with you.
Can I choose my support coordinator?
Yes. You can choose any registered provider, and you can change providers if it is not the right fit.
What is specialist support coordination?
It is for people whose situation is more complex. A specialist support coordinator works with services such as health, housing and justice.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Dulwich and work with participants across South Australia.
