We want to hear from you
If someone is in danger now, call 000.
Your feedback helps us improve. You can tell us about something we did well, something we could do better, or something that went wrong.
You have the right to make a complaint. We will listen to you and treat you with respect.
How to give feedback or make a complaint
You can tell us in the way that suits you best.
- Call us on 0450 879 346.
- Email us at info@bridgewellconnect.com.au.
- Talk to us in person at our office at Unit 4, 195-196 Fullarton Road, Dulwich SA 5065. You can call first to arrange a time.
- Someone you trust can contact us for you. This can be a family member, a friend or an advocate. Advocates are always welcome.
An advocate can support you to speak up. Read about help from an advocate on the NDIS Commission website.
What happens next
- We will let you know that we have your feedback or complaint.
- We will look into it fairly.
- We will keep it private. We only share it with the people who need to know, or when the law says we must.
- We will keep you informed while we look into it.
- We will tell you the outcome, and what we will do about it.
Making a complaint will not stop or reduce your services. We will not treat you unfairly for making a complaint.
